​A big thank you to Rapid Response Drain Care Ltd. This Company went above and beyond in sorting out my drain issues. I was getting a large amount of flies in my downstairs toilet and porch. Shane quickly identified using cameras that there was a hole in the soil pipe under the house, and the leak would be causing the flies. Shane suggested using a drain sleeve and explained everything fully to me, he was so kind and friendly and I had complete trust in his work. I called their office a couple of times and Paul was also very helpful. On the day of the installation of the drain sleeve, Graham who owns the Company came with Shane to ensure everything went smoothly as there were a couple of tricky areas. They were both amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I was just so impressed at their excellent work and how professional they were. If anyone has any issues with drains, these are definitely the guys to contact. Their service is just excellent.
