Pay Attention to Trees and Roots

It is incredibly important to pay attention to trees and roots that grow close to your home and could affect your drains.

It’s always nice to have some green space around your property, however, this can cause some unexpected risks… For example, tree roots spread far underground and can grow into and around your drainage pipes. This can cause cracks, blockages and other damage to your drainage system’s performance!

If you notice a problem with your drains, it could be due to a nearby tree taking root in the underground drainage systems. We provide encrustation and root removal! The growing root over time can break the pipe and it will require repair. A CCTV inspection will be required, and the pipe will need to be relined.
