What is a CCTV Survey?

A CCTV Survey is the process of using a camera to monitor the inside of your drains. This is completed by the camera being on the end of a wire cable which sends a live feed to a display. The process allows a member of our team as well as yourself to see a detailed view of the inside of your drains right from the surface, down to a deep depth. The survey can be used to check the health of your drains and locate any potential issues which may escalate if not treated.

What can the survey find?

Our two main types of CCTV Survey.

At Rapid Response Drain Care, we can undertake two main types of survey. The first type is a Look/See Survey. This service is very quick and efficient if you are looking for a quick check-up on your drains. Our team will carry out a visual search of the insides of your drainage system, and notify us of any noticeable problems or potential issues they find. This allows you to get quick reassurance that your drains are still in working order as well as being an efficient way of locating issues you may have been unaware of.

Our second main type of Drain Survey is a CCTV Survey Report. This is a much more in-depth process which can obtain much more information about your property’s drainage system. The process is carried out in a similar way to a Look/See Survey, however our team will provide you with much more information and go into further detail. After a face to face or over the phone discussion with our team, we will ensure that you are provided with the following information and resources:

• CCTV Footage  – The footage that our team captures will be shared with you to keep and observe at your own will.

• A full report of their findings.

• Imagery of any issues they find.
