Problems that your property may encounter include: Blockages, Cracks and damages, build-ups of dirt and more. To tackle these, our team are equipped with top of the range gear and are qualified to resolve any problems they find. We can provide Drain Unblocking, Drain Repair and Drain Cleaning services for all property owners across the North East! If your drain is weak, damaged, or leaking we can provide a relining or patching service to restore your drain. Drain relining can be used to rectify all manner of problems and is an effective repair for open or leaking joints, root intrusion, ingress stress damage, circumferential, radial cracks or damage caused by blockages.
Repairing problems when they arise is one thing, but if you really want to show your property some love, you should be thinking ahead. You can keep your property in working order and avoid future damages with just one phone call. This is possible as our team provide CCTV Surveys & Reports.
A CCTV Survey is the process of using a camera to inspect the inside of your drains. The process allows a member of our team as well as yourself to see a detailed view of the inside of your drains right from the surface, down to a deep depth. The survey can be used to check the health of your drains and locate any potential issues which may escalate if not treated. Some potential issues we may find include:
Dirt/Debris build up – Dirty drains can become an inconvenience for all property owners as they can start to cause an unpleasant odour throughout your drains as well as your property. Dirt isn’t just an inconvenience however, an untreated build up of dirt can cause your drain to work less effectively or even stop working entirely.
Cracks/Damage – The camera feed can also spot and identify any damage present on the lining of your drains. This damage can include wear and tear, dents and cracks. Drain damage can be hard to notice at first, as problems normally aren’t caused by slight damages. Overtime however, this damage can become more serious and cause more major issues with your drainage system.
We provide two main types of survey.
The first type is a Look/See Survey. This service is very quick and efficient if you are looking for a quick check-up on your drains. This allows you to get quick reassurance that your drains are still in working order as well as being an efficient way of locating issues you may have been unaware of.
Our second main type of Drain Survey is a CCTV Survey Report. This is a much more in-depth process which can obtain much more information about your property’s drainage system. You will also be provided with resources and information about your drainage system’s health.
It’s always nice to know that everything is running smoothly, so if you looking to take care of your property, you can book a CCTV Survey with our team on 01388 347013.
